What are cookies?

Under the terms of service of Google Analytics, Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
You can disable the use of Google Analytics cookies by downloading and installing a browser add-on that disables Google Analytics. The add-on signals to the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) application not to transmit information about your use of the website to Google Analytics.
Cookies also store whether you have agreed to the use of cookies on this website, so you do not have to answer this question every time.
Managing cookies

The purpose of the data management information is to inform visitors to the site about the scope of their personal data being processed, to familiarize them with the data management and processing procedures of rubberkiss.com, and to provide them with the option of deleting their personal data.
We process the personal data shared with us exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling orders, subsequent verification of order conditions, and maintaining contact. We do not disclose this data to the public or transfer it to third parties, with the exception of Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post) and courier services involved in the fulfillment of contracts, which are not authorized to use, store, or transfer the data received from rubberkiss.com to third parties in any form.
The scope of the data processed: name, company name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number, account number.
We process our customers’ personal data until they withdraw their consent to data processing.
Legal basis for data processing: Section 13/A of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services.
The computer systems and other data storage locations of rubberkiss.com, as well as its servers, are located at its registered office, while the data processor’s servers are located at its own premises.
Rubberkiss.com reserves the right to change this policy.
In developing this Data Processing Policy, we have taken into account the relevant legislation in force and the most important international recommendations, with particular regard to the following:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Act CXII of 2011 on the right to self-determination in relation to information and freedom of information,
- Act VI of 1998 on the promulgation of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, signed in Strasbourg on January 28, 1981.
- Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues relating to electronic commerce services and information society services.

Rights of the data subject, legal remedies
The data subject may request information about the processing of their personal data and, if the legal conditions are met, may request access to their personal data, the rectification of their personal data, the erasure or restriction of their personal data, with the exception of data processing required by law, and may object to the processing of their personal data.
Upon request, rubberkiss.com will provide information about the data it processes or that is processed by a data processor commissioned by it, the purpose of the data processing, its legal basis, duration, the name and address of the data processor and its activities related to data processing, as well as the legal basis and recipient of the data transfer. Rubberkiss.com shall provide the information in writing, in an easily understandable form, as soon as possible after the request is submitted, but no later than within 30 days.
